There are many variables that must be managed on a daily basis both by us and our wholesale customers, and it is the mission of the New Harvest Training Team to provide the support to make this happen. The cafes, bakeries, restaurants and markets we supply are true partners in this endeavor. These partnerships entail rigorous training, through courses at our Pawtucket Training Center and onsite training at customer locations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Our Training Program is an ongoing process that involves your entire staff. First we meet with owners and managers, to craft a training program that meets your specific needs. Next, we will train your entire staff, not just on how to prepare coffee drinks, but on how to talk about artisan coffee as well.

We have found that this approach not only elevates the quality of our customers' offerings, it also gets staff members invested in what they are doing. Artisan coffee is exciting. One of the most fulfilling things we do is open the eyes of a part-time barista to the fact that great coffee is not fast food. The story behind these coffees is fascinating, and the challenge of preparing great coffee is real and incredibly rewarding.
